The new showreel from our man in the north Sing J. Lee is here. Bringing his unique visual style the piece is cut together with clips from PINS latest, Sing's short First The Bird Fell and an array of further exploits commited to film. And what a tune from Pyramid
Here's some films we're looking forward to this summer that haven't been rammed down our throats like the Man of Steel's Kryptonite Cock.
David Gordon Green cemented his position heavily in our toking lungs with Pineapple Express, The Sitter and Eastbound & Down. Green returns this year with Prince Avalanche starring Paul Rudd and Emile Hirsch taking bromance to whole new level of knockabout 80s mischief. Let's hope all of the jokes aren't in this trailer, where we see Rudd bringing his camp best and Hirsch forgetting all of his Into The Wild training.
Next up in this trailer blitz is situational cringe-fest It's a Disaster, written and directed by Todd Berger. Tracy (Julia Styles) is taking new boyfriend Glen (David Cross) to some fucking stuffy couples brunch, at which much awkwardness breaks out. Oh yeh also some dirty bombs go off down the street. It could be the end of the world or an epic trollfest.
Hollywood rehash vomit-of-the-month is graphic novel adaptation R.I.P.D. And it looks sick! It's a Men in Black and Ghostbusters mash up, with some mad Western vibes. We can only hope the old/young pairing of Jeff Bridges and Ryan Reynolds works as well as the Smith/Jones partnership of MiB. Directed by the man behind RED, Robert Schwentke, we expect some ridiculous stunts and The Dude being old and shooty shooty.
