Brain Wash Brum

27/08/2010: BRAIN WASH BRUM

And then to Brum!

Birmingham native Joe Copplestone organised the programme, which saw some innovative animations (and arguably controversial choices) at the city's Jekyll and Hyde bar, including Intercambio (Atonello Novellino), King Arthur's Cereal Adventure (Daniel Jenkin Smith) and Blind Luck (James Walker Sieradzki).

Joint first prize went to Jim Warrier's technical re-imagining of Blade Runner and Wet One (Ian MacTilstra). Moon Bird (The Brothers Mcleod) was in second place and Project Bay (Zoltan Vincze) in third.

Event Gallery: No photos here (think they were enjoying themselves too much), but the lovely poster image is by Rosie Carmichael, design by Amy Hepton.
